What do you love most about your job?
Supporting vulnerable services users within their household. Our services are for vulnerable adults (elderly, young adults and patients with dementia and, mental health). Wright Care prioritise the patients to ensure their needs are met. Thinking outside the box and implementing a care plan to help the service users’ get on with day to day tasks. If you need help with shopping, completing tasks, outings we are here to help to support you.
What inspired you to start your own business?
With gaining hands-on experience from the year 2010 working as a care assistant/ support worker, this is why I wanted to start my own business. I want to make a positive difference. With working in the field I have seen first hand where the service users needs may have been over looked. However, this is why I decided to provide Companionship Care Agency as we have high standards. We follow in CQC guidelines.

Wright Care Also provides online support in terms of Companionship Care online. In addition, we provide CBT sessions based on anxiety, stress, depression and insomnia.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Wright care ensures the staff have been vaccinated. Also, staff are provided with PPE. Before entering the house, the staff will use their hand gel, wash their hands. Furthermore, all staff must wear their masks at all times and they will take lateral flow tests before attending the visit.
