I engaged Patrick Egan and William Egan in October 2024 (then trading under a different name, PWE Home Improvements) to install a new driveway at my home. They gave me a written 20 year guarantee for labour and materials. Within a few months of completion, the driveway had sank in a number of places. Earlier in the year and at my request, Patrick came to inspect the driveway advising they would come back to fix it . They have not come back and are now not responding to my emails.
