Very disappointing! Didn't show up on the day they were first expected and when I text, he said he had forgotten. Then they came for a couple of hours and did a bit of work, promised to come back a couple of days later but haven't been back since although he promised on several occasions that he would be coming to do the remaining work. Worrall construction have come to our rescue after we were badly let down. Matt turned up exactly when he said he would, and over the last 2 days, has dug out drainage trenches in our prone-to-flooding garden, installed piping and gravel and has left everything so tidy!
