The 1st and only company to message me within 3 days of enquiring. Conor was incredibly helpful with making sure I had the best unit for my actual needs and sorted the delivery of goods out on the day and kept track of the items so I could be around. Then when it came to fitting, he brought two other amazing workers with him who each shared his work ethic, and level of standard. The units and cables are all trunked and tidy which adds to the professional job hes done. I'd recommend him to anyone, big company or small garden rooms to housing aircon. After filling out my requirement to have an AC fitted on Bark, I had two companies respond by email and two by phone calls.
I requested them to come on-site and assess where to install so that I can decide the place of installation.
I was impressed with Mr Coner's answers to all my queries and concerns I had. After a careful look at the quotations of several brands and models, I decided to have a Mitsubishi Zen. The date was set on the 17th May 2025. The team arrived on time, comprising Mr Coner, Terry & Perry of Yeoman Electrical. They install an AC in two bedrooms. The workmanship was excellent, no shortcuts, neat & tidy. The whole process was done with minimum disruption. After completing the work, the area was cleaned all the packaging was removed.
I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience . The customer service team went above & beyond to ensure all my needs were met professionally.
As a satisfied customer, I can confidently say that the company exceeds expectations with their attention to detail & commitment to quality. The level of customer satisfaction I've experienced with this company is unmatched. I was completely impressed with their professionalism & friendly customer service, and going the extra mile.
