Said wouldn’t charge more than 2 hours (written in text) then charged for 2 1/2 hours even though took so long because he was chatting and had to put on then take back off plug off dishwasher as he’d attached in wrong place. Inappropriate comments and the actual fix failed within the month, decided not to call back out to fix his work as wasn’t comfortable with his comments. Found this business here. He was so helpful and came out to our house within the hour. Our tap was pouring water fiercely all over the kitchen and we couldn't stop it. Big Nation-wide company's ive worked for in the past, are still charged Tripple the amount that i charge, Plus then they charge double on materials and add V.AT on it all at the end ??? & if that dosent shock you ! this will, On drainage there nominal charge would is £134 plus VAT per half hour, . YES PER HALF HOUR !!! . . . ? Plus V.AT = £160.80? There's no reason to Trust Nationwide services on anything as all they are is a phonecall ? they do Nothing . . (when i worked for them it was all my own responsibility including my own Public Liability insurance) - they gave us 40% so 2 hours jetting a drain would be £643.20 - it was robbery/Legalized Crime . . . really - . . very shameful i would get £214.40 less vat = £171.52
