We found Wilson Hawkins from Bark 4 months ago. Andreas and the team so far have delivered what they promised at the beginning. We had a bad experience with one of the top brands in London. We were paying over the top and we could not get hold of anyone from the office. For a 45 unit block in prime London to fall in such disrepair is unacceptable. The team at Wilson Hawkins is managing my freehold block of 34 units in Angel since 2022. They have done an incredible job so far considering that the majority of lessees are homeowners so naturally more vested and interested in what's happening in the building. Communication is spot on, prices very reasonable considering we are in central london and the client service team is always on the other end of the phone. I found Wilson Hawkins through bark a few months ago. I am a Director in a building of 80 units so wasn't sure if finding a block management company online was the best thing to do. Not only they beat the previous company by 40% in their prices but have concluded their first major Section 20 work in excellent quality and time. Been using WH Block Management for 3 years now. With the exception of a lift issue a year ago which i understand was due to lack of funds as some fellow leaseholders hadn't pay the service charge and there was no money in the bank the team has been really helpful. the building is always clean, concierge is regular and thank god they removed the temps which were horrible and creating issues. so far so good so let's hope prices don't go up! I found some Block Management companies on Bark and after talking to them I decided to go with Wilson Hawkins. They've very knowledgeable, sorted out a roof leak we had quickly and they are doing more inspections than anyone else so far.
