There are many factors that come into play and nothing is impossible. We would say size is the most important factor. A good step down to your garage is the big winner for adding all important insulation under your feet!
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
Planning permission, working with the local authorities, insulate and line out the interior. Removal of old doors and windows to fit new. Electrical and plumbing works. Finishing products. It’s a real simple process with clearly defined steps.
How long have you been in business?
14 years. We are approaching 15 years which is a major milestone, the statistics show that 80% of SME don’t make 15 years! We have grown year on year and forecast more of the same.

What inspired you to start your own business?
To do what I love. As a young Bricklayer at 20 years old I worked all over the United Kingdom. London, Ipswich, Liverpool, and Cumbria. I witnessed all kinds of construction companies and knew from an early age I could do better. Which we have. We continue to strive for the very best quality that can be attained.
