I booked an appointment and it went ahead fine, afterwards, I noticed there were some oversights on the cleaning. I asked for the cleaners to return, and I was told someone would get back to me after the weekend as they were away. I contacted again after the weekend and was told I would have an update by the end of the day. Since then I have been ignored, no communication from the company to rectify the issues raised. I wasn't going to provide a review but as Bark had asked for one here is my honest review. This company did an End of Tenancy student clean for me. They were easy to communicate with, quick to provide a quote, and responsive. They did most of the cleaning but it was unfortunately not a professional finish. I visited the property 3 times to point out things that were missed but there were still things left like the ceramic hob still had grease build up around the rings, limescale on taps, sink and shower glass, bits of food and hair in different locations, mud marks on the floor, etc. They sent lots of photos after the clean but these were pointless because it didn't show the fine details that you would see in real life. They were very willing to come for a third time to do what was outstanding but it was just not worth my time as it was clear that their standards were different and it's an hour journey each time for me. It's simply easier to do it myself or pay someone else to provide that professional finish. All in all, if you're looking for external cleaning, bin cleaning, and maybe some light domestic cleaning then they are ok but not if you are looking for a spotless high standard professional finish.
