What do you love most about your job?
Solving problems for busy business owners. You didn't start your business to worry about employment law, engagement and whether your people are doing the right things the right way. We did!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started WeDo HR Support because I believe the pandemic has changed the way HR is delivered to business forever, and I want to be on the forefront of delivering that change. Now more than ever SME business deserves access to the sorts of transformational HR that I have been delivering in larger businesses for decades. It is our SME businesses that drive economic recovery and I want to play a part in that recovery by supporting with excellent HR.

Yes we have offices across the UK but a large proportion of our work is done via teams/zoom or the telephone.

We started during the pandemic so we have good Covid-19 disciplines.

WeDo provide a monthly subscription service with access to a secure HR system which can manage all employee details, time-cards, sickness and holiday. Updated policies and procedures as and when legislation changes, and knowledgeable friendly support for every kind of HR issue.
We also provide more bespoke support through project work i.e. employee engagement, culture, succession planning, supporting diversity and inclusion, people strategy, organisational design, and leadership development.
