They started work 4 weeks ago ,didnt turn up twice ,hacked the plaster off in the kitchen bathroom living room and front room ,left with bare walls ,then had to call emergency electrician out as sparks coming from the wall where they hit the electric wire ,then plasterboarded where the radiator has to go,the plasterboard wont support the radiator once fitted ,job left unfinished ,rang them thursday and friday last week wit a date to finish the plastering ,didnt get back to us ,so bathroom not plastered ,kitchen unfinished ,have to get the whole living room rewired ,house due to there shoddy work ,house provbably devalued . Taking legal advice ,dont use this company ,they took 4 thousand pounds ,going to take this further ,kids cant stay at the house ,they shouldnt be trading ,Do not use this company. More...

As a company we whole heartedly admit that the work done for this customer is unacceptable. Due to 2 staff members leaving due to personal reasons, we sub contracted part of the work out to a recommended plasterer. Unfortunately, this was not the case. We have been in contact with the customer. The Director, Installations manager and technical surveyor are attending the property this week to come up with a solution. Certain staff members are going through a disciplinary procedure due to the poor workmanship and organisation. The company director has taken full control of this job. The customer has been told that we will be giving a full refund and the job will be done free of charge. We will also contribute to any other costs incurred. As a company we religiously stick to our guarantee. If we don’t do as we originally said, we will give the customer a full refund. The customers 25-year guarantee will still be valid. Sadly this job is not a true reflection of us as a company.
