Gorgeous stretches of sandy beach some of which are dog friendly. We stayed for a week in July it was practically deserted.

Extensive, sandy beach with walks around the edge. Some parts are dog friendly which are indicated at various intervals. Was very windy and refreshing. This was our plan B for the day. The beach itself looked very nice, however, it's 1st June, and I don't think I've felt this cold for a long long time. 3 days ago I was in Singapore, this was too much of a shock to my body. Quiet possibly the best beach I've been on in England. Only negative is irresponsible dog owners that have no control over their dogs off the lead (be cautious of that). Beautiful beach and a lovely walk.
