What do you love most about your job?
We love that we deal with so many different people, from all walks of life, all have a story to tell and we love to listen to every one of them. The joy that these people bring to our lives is immeasurable.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Collectively we started in the care industry many years ago where we worked for different care agencies as both live in carers and in domiciliary - gaining valuable insight to understanding the needs of both carers and clients.
Working for these companies was rewarding but we felt that we needed to immerse ourselves completely, so launched into our own branch of Walfinch where we love to see the difference we make in providing care for elderly and vulnerable clients and their families in their own homes by delivering domiciliary and live-in care with compassion and confidence.
