Dean at Vortex Home Improvements contacted us with 1 hr of posting the job and also visited the same evening to survey the site (Friday evening! ). The following day we received an itemized quote which was fully explained and no hidden charges or horrible surprises came our way.

3 weeks later we have a superb garden room/orangery which is now ready for the final touches. Dean helped us save money on materials and the quality of the build is outstanding. Highly Recommend I live in Cornwall and needed to sort out a picknick table and chairs for my parents in Christchurch area. Lovely heavy duty picnic tables. Deans communication and service are also fantastic. Turned up exactly when he said he would and bent over backwards to get the bench to me early in time for having guests round. Would highly recommend!
