What do you love most about your job?
Creating a safe space and building trust together. It was so important for my own growth and development, to just know it was okay to let my walls down, leave my ego at the door and just be me, as vulnerable as I was, trusting that my mentor had my back, really cared, and had my best interests at heart.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Through the guidance and support of being mentored, I made - and continue to make - realisations that lead to decisions that change my life for the better. I believe everyone ought to feel the same feeling of being liberated from limiting thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, to be able to begin to really discover what potential lies within, and I wanted to help other people the same way I’ve been helped.

Working online via video conference with Zoom affords a good socially-distanced alternative to physically face-to-face sessions.

And I know what it feels like, as I continue to receive counselling myself. “Practise what you preach” is the old adage, and it’s no different in counselling. What do I mean by self-love?
