Just wanted to express my sincere thanks to Visiting Angels in Warwickshire for the empathic, comprehensive and flexible support provided to my Mum since she lost her husband in September of 2023. With myself and my two sisters all living in different parts of the country and all a long drive from Mum's, the care, support, company and companionship of those providing additional support has been fantastic. It is clear that all at VA have a passion for the work they do, not just a job. My Mum have been delighted with the support she has received and we could not recommend them enough. It's very difficult to make a choice in home care for a recently bereaved parent, I'm so glad we were fortunate enough to select our Angels. A special thanks to Surj, Hira, Emi, Tracey, Jane, Ewa & Louise and an extra special shout to Emoke who Mum considers a close friend after all the time they have spent together. More...

As soon as I called Surjit I had the feeling she was professional but understanding and caring. She made an appointment to come out and see us/assess mum, did so efficiently and professionally and put myself and mum at ease. I just knew I could trust her.

My relationship with VA has been very positive; the introduction of in house care has been a huge change for my mother and yet both VA management and the carers themselves have done everything possible to ensure that my mother has the care she needs and at the same time has retained her dignity. I was home from hospital during their visits, so I met several of the Angels and everyone was lovely and helpful, taking care if Rob which allowed me to carry on recuperating

An excellent and very personal service at all times. Always available to talk to if there are any queries or concerns. Nothing is too much trouble and my Mum benefits from the friendship extended to her from her lovely carers. Surj guided our family through the pre-assessment process as though she was holding our hand. She immediately put my Dad at ease and really listened to him. Surj visited my father in law to complete a pre assessment to assess his needs. She put our family at ease, gently exploring with dad what he wanted from a carer, offering him the time to allow him to share his perspective alongside despite limits due to his dementia, and offering emotional warmth to my mother in law. We are here to take our time with clients and offering empathy and support is important from the very start as it sets out what our services are all about - quality and consistency provided by genuinely caring individuals.

My brother and I have been really impressed with the service offered. The carers have been reliable and we have peace of mind knowing our parents are being cared for.

We asked Visiting Angels to provide personal care and support for my father at a difficult time. All the staff were helpful and very professional. All the people I have met have been very pleasant and Mum seems so much better in herself, is eating better and is happier. We appreciate being kept informed of any changes in Mum or the environment. It has given us peace of mind knowing that Mum is in safe hands and has regular caregivers. In an emergency there is always cover even at short notice. The angels are going to start taking Mum to her appointments as well which is a great help! More...

The service has helped me to regain my independence and not only do I have great caregivers but they make great companions as well. It is great to be able to go where I want with the support of my caregivers and it's comforting to know that someone is there if I need them. The service has made an amazing difference to my life! Very good, polite, helpful, respectful. I don’t know what I would do without them. I certainly wouldn’t be able to manage my eye drops, medication and food and drink. Our last provider stopped trading suddenly and Visiting Angels stepped in with very short notice to ensure I wasn’t left without care. The manager comes out to do calls so that she can get to know us and the care we need. More...

Over the years it has been difficult to find a genuinely good care company, but i believe I have found that here.
With many previous companies i have been through a lot, having to deal with being treated badly by staff and management alike, and i would feel intimidated by people who are supposed to be caregivers.
Here though, i feel already, after a few weeks, that this is a good care company, with a manager who is a kind, friendly person - someone I respect, who looks after her staff as well as she does her clients.
My 2 carers have been polite, patient, understanding, hard-working, respectful, and sincerely caring.
It is evident that they enjoy their jobs & in fact want to be in my home, looking after & getting to know, me whilst helping me to live the best way that i can.
After years of struggling with depression and severe social anxiety etc, I have found a safe place finally with this company & i'm actually flourishing.
