We offer support based on our clients' desired outcomes. Our assessments are holistic and our caregivers well trained. Our visits are always an hour or more. We offer companionship, home help and personal care. We can drive you to appointments, do a little shopping, or to have a meal or a drink.

I cannot speak too highly of this branch of Visiting Angels. They cared for my Dad in the last few months of his life, meeting his needs with the utmost compassion. They went the extra mile again and again. In the last few days of his life, they even sent out the area manager to help the family, as well as the lovely Jade for a couple of nights. These ladies are truly angels in disguise. My sister was very impatient with new people entering her home, and soon put them in their place if they put something away in the wrong place. They soon got used to her ways, and very professionally treated her with great respect at all times. They even grew fond of her, and Gillian and Maxine attended her funeral, which is when I got to meet them. It was very kind of them to attend, and I felt my sister couldn’t have had a better team of friends supporting her through her illness. Maxine started the business as she is interested in businesses which have a public social benefit
Why should our clients choose you?
Because our caregivers are lovely. They are well trained and intelligent and pleasant to be around. Moreover because we look after our staff so well, our staff turnover is only 15-20% whereas that is 60-70% in the whole of the industry. That is why Visiting Angels can provide consistency and continuity in care.

No. We are an in-person service although we are at the end of the phone during business hours.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We use personal protective equipment where needed.
Companionship
We try to match you to a caregiver based on your interests . Our lovely caregivers can play a card game or a puzzle with you or take a drive in the beautiful countryside for a walk or a tea or coffee.
Home Help
We offer home help such as light cleaning and vacuuming, laundry and washing up.
Personal Care
From being there while you have a bath or a shower, to helping you bathe and wash your hair, we can help you to maintain your dignity.
Other
If you need some help caring for a pet, we will be happy to give her or him a walk, change the cat litter or give the pet a brush. We will also take out the rubbish and put a new battery in your hearing aid if needed.
