I came across Visiting Angels at an extremely challenging time. I was full time caring for my mum when my aunt became unwell and began exhibiting challenging behaviour. Her needs changed almost weekly and Visiting Angels worked with me to keep my aunt safe and in her home for as long as we could during a very stressful and chaotic time. It feels like having family help you, they really care and stand up for their clients needs. They will co-ordinate appointments, and take a lot of the administrative responsibility off your shoulders. They don’t believe in short 30 minute appointments, they have an hour minimum and they take time to match your person with the right carer for them. They also helped me to arrange care very quickly for my mum while I was travelling and I was able to relax knowing she was in great hands. You can access a daily report in the app they use. Adult social care in the UK is a sector that needs urgent reform and greater compassion. I started Visiting Angels North London to deliver high-quality care that genuinely values carers and puts clients first. We’re here to raise standards, not just meet them.

Yes—we can carry out initial consultations, family meetings, and care planning via video call. We also offer regular virtual check-ins for families who live far away and want peace of mind about their loved one’s care.
