Visiting Angels (South Manchester) are aptly named. Because they really are Angels! The level of professionalism, care, kindness and efficiency is outstanding and I cannot praise them highly enough. Katie has been like a breath of fresh air coming in to care for my Dad and being wonderful company for my Mum. She always has a smile on her face (no matter how difficult my Dad is being!) and gets the job done to an excellent and very high standard every time. The Management team are equally wonderful and very caring and approachable, checking in with me to make sure things are going well and even calling me to check on how everyone was after Dad had a fall. Every visit from Katie makes Mum and Dad’s lives that little bit brighter and easier and I have the security of knowing they are being so well cared for when I can’t be there. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Outstanding service from start to finish and I want to thank the whole team for making all our lives so much easier and better in so many ways. Thank you Angels! Visiting Angel’s do a fabulous job, they are professional, considerate and kind. They clean weekly for my elderly mother and always take the time to chat to her as well as taking care of her domestic needs.

We offer the same rate for care on weekends, bank holidays, and during the festive season.
We are a carer-centric company, which means we prioritise the well-being of our carers so that they can provide the best possible care to our clients.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All of our staff have been vaccinated, and all of our carers have been trained on how to correctly put on and take off their PPE. If a client requests that our carers wear a face mask, we will respect their request.
Services we provide
We offer domiciliary care and support to adults aged 18 and over, including those aged 65 and above. Our aim is to help individuals remain in their own homes and maintain their independence. Each care package is tailored to meet the specific needs and preferences of our clients. Our caregivers are skilled in handling everyday tasks and providing companionship, ensuring that all necessary support is given. Our services are designed to create a comfortable living environment for those who may need assistance, whether it's for short-term respite to give family members a break or on a more permanent basis for ongoing support. Specialist Care: Medication assistance, care planning, post-operative rehabilitation, end-of-life care, and 24-hour live-in support. Daily Living Tasks: Help with washing, bathing, dressing, getting in and out of bed, and continence support. Domestic Help: Light housework, laundry, shopping, prescription collection, changing bed linen, and feeding pets. Meals: Meal preparation, serving assistance, and support with eating and drinking. Other Services: Companionship, day and night waking services, holiday and outing escorts, rapid response, enablement, and respite cover.
