Visiting Angels Fylde Coast

I have heard so many positives about this company. Louise has been working for them for nearly four months now and has expressed how happy she is with the company, staff and the lovely people she visits.

Louise has worked for visiting angels for just 3 1/2 months and has already said it’s the best home care agency she has worked with, she has worked in care for 30 years and has seen a lot of changes over the years not all for the better but one thing she has assured me of is that visiting angels gives the best care to its clients which is what I am looking for.

I have been in the care industry for over 40yrs. A lot of it with the NHS. I then started in the private sector. I had a bad experience with another Domicilery company where visits were rushed. I then found Visiting Angels and met with Lisa and Donna and i am now the Care Manager i have now been here 6months and it is an amazing company to work for, i feel valued and well supported. Excellent company who understands how to treat their staff and the service users with care and respect. I especially love the way they train their staff to the standard needed to provide the best service. I can certainly say that Scott and Heidi in particular definitely leaves service users with a smile and wanting them to always return. Fab company who treats their staff as fairly, as they do their clients. Excellent care from Richard in particular, while Mums usual Carer was off. Richard really stepped up to the plate & treated Mum with lots of care. Mum thrilled to see Sharon return, as she loves Sharon's cooking and the banter they usually enjoy together. Visiting angles is revolutionising the care industry with their deeply caring and personal approach. I know that each and everyone of their staff members has been selected with these values at the forefront. One of whom, Richard, was already a pillar of support in our aging community.
