What do you love most about your job?
We enjoy improving other people's lives and outcomes. We also enjoy the relationships that we build with the people that we care for. We feel motivated and encouraged to have individuals, families or professionals giving us a responsibility to care for the individual and/or their loved ones.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The main reason why we established our business is that we are passionate about delivering high quality levels of care. We believe every individual, despite their circumstances, whether physical, mental, psychological, or any other circumstances, are entitled to live their lives independently and should be supported in this regard. We aim to deliver a holistic compassionate service that is service-user led which includes engaging with individuals family input, where appropriate, and other key stakeholders.

We believe our services are of a high quality whilst being of value for money. We offer free, no obligation assessments and advice where necessary. Our services are flexible and can be offered at any time and for as long as required, even if its for a few hours, a day or 24-hour care.

Unfortunately our services can not be offered online or remotely as they demand face-to-face interaction. However, this is a good thing for us that we have an opportunity to meet up with our clients and for our clients to experience our quality care.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have a Covid-19 Policy in place that our team are familiar with and we keep up with any changes in legislation and government policies around this. To ensure that both our clients and staff are safe we provide adequate personal protective equipment. We also make sure that before commencing any assignment, our staff are fit and health.
Personal (Domiciliary) Care
Our dedicated team of carers are trained to provide high standards of personal care which includes, but not limited to; bathing, dressing, shaving, continency care, support with prescribed medication
Live-In Care
We provide Live-In Care services whereby our dedicated carers move-in to provide you with 24-hour care or any specified hours of your choice
Respite Care
Our experienced team of carers provide short-term care to regular care givers of family members
Companionship
Our companionship care services are tailored to those clients who may require emotional support, social interaction, help in every day tasks or just a friend to listen and talk to
Paliative Care
Our dedicated team of professionals are able to provide a specialized approach to healthcare aimed at improving the quality of life for individuals facing serious or life-limiting illnesses. Helping alleviate physical symptoms, while also addressing the individual's emotional, psychological, social, and spiritual needs. We are able to provide a holistic service by being part of the individual's support network, including family members, other professionals and various stakeholders
