What’s your signature dish?
We have narrowed down our menu to popular dishes for our guest. Our chefs are always on hand to create dishes off the menu and to every individuals preference. From unique Appetizers to authentic Curries, Our clients genuinely have there own favorites and like dishes they never tried.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We first listen to the client & there requirements, then recommend any changes to the menu to prevent clashing items and dishes we suggest there guest may like instead. We tailor the spice level and allergy requirements for each item in order for the event to be successful and keep our client coming back because of our personal touch.
What do you love most about your job?
We love customer satisfaction, it makes it all worth it when a client & there guest give us verbal feedback on our food and service. Just to be apart of a clients special occasion or even a big day in their lives, means the world to us.
What inspired you to start your own business?
With almost 50 years & 3 generations of my family in the food business, it was pretty hard not to continue in hospitality sector. My family run a popular Indian Vegetarian Restaurant called Vijay's Chawalla, which has generations of customers who appreciate & trust our dedication in serving only good quality food made from quality ingredient to them. We had a bumpy ride in making Vijay's Virasat a success with Covid & Cost of Living, which we worked more hands on throughout the tough times.

We are dedicated to keep growing and constantly improving ourselves in order to be the best we can be. Since Covid whilst our competitors were closed, we served Takeaway & Deliveries throughout which is still popular today. We since grew from only a restaurant to catering grand event due to our customers interest in serving them on the big day. We have developed and keep growing everyday in order to be the best.

We can cater at any function, from food stalls to live cooking stations. We have a team expert Chefs with hotel standard training and amazing techniques.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We developed to serving more food outdoor since Covid. From deliveries & takeaways, we serve at house gatherings to all functions to their requirements. Our professional chefs and front of house team are trained in health & safety and importantly in food safety. Our hygiene rate can be seen online which has been 5 star every year since we have opened.
