I first spoke to Trevor last year about getting a mortgage. He seemed professional, experienced and straight to the point.

I previously tried to buy a house twice in the past but it never went through, I then decided to give Trevor a chance after speaking to several brokers as he seemed to know his onions.

He started off by explaining to me the process of a mortgage, time frame expectations, documents I needed and what to expect at different stages.

What struck me about him was that he did not seem salesy, for some reason I felt like I was speaking to an accountant as he seems to possess exceptional eye for details.

He also told me how much mortgage I was likely to be approved for even thou a previous broker told me I can only get significantly less amount.

If you are anything like me, that wants a broker the knows the mortgage industry like the back of his hands, straight to the point, under promises but over delivers then you have found your man!

2022 A couple of days ago we got conformation that we had a mortgage, it has been quit a long process made difficult by the lenders persistent questions, however, this was managed very proactively by Jason, he was committed to getting us an offer and went to great lengths to ensure the lender did everything as quickly as possible. Communication between us and Jason was always there, he gave very regular updates with every step, and was very supportive, I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get a mortgage who has a difficult case or cannot go with mainstream providers. 2 years on 2024 and yeah, we have just had our remortgage, Jason got us an even better deal, it was relatively easy for us this time as Jason was on it, the process was quick and now with high street lender, Jason always updates us and chases things, everything he said last time would happen did, it's like he has a crystal ball, I couldn't recommend him any less than 100%, if you are going through a tricky mortgage then ask for Jason, he will not let you down and will always be on hand.
