I have a wide range of experience in the fitness industry, not only just one to one personal training in a gym based environment. With my fitness class background I understands that every client works differently and enjoys different programme types.

Yes I provide fully online services. Contact with clients will be online either by video call or messaging. I believe this is an effective way for clients to have constant 1 to 1 support and makes finding time to do their workouts much easier to achieve.

We will also evaluate your nutrition and try look to see what we can improve on to achieve your desired goals. Once the programme is designed we will check in daily for support, motivation and feedback to ensure the programme is working for you and most importantly enjoyable!
