VGS Cleaning provides excellent and sparkling end-of-tenancy cleaning. Thank you for a job well done. I have already recommended you to all my family in Oldham.

The women who cleaned my property was a really nice women she hired another individual to help her clean but I would not recommend to hire VGS to clean your property. My bathroom was not cleaned properly toilet seat was not cleaned bathtub was half cleaned and shower head on the bathtub which was not put back in its place. My floors were not mopped properly and still had dust on them. I paid for a deep clean and she charged me £120. Originally she quoted me £100. A very Disappointed customer who will never recommend them to anyone. I paid for a level of service and was truly not happy. You inspect the job before payment and confirm all perfectly cleaned only to come back after 48 hours to complain of mopping and toilet seats, which I am not sure if it was used afterwards. VGS Cleaning represents hygiene and 100% cleanliness. We are competent in the job and ready for excellent service at all times to our customers. We ask to redo the job, but you said you prefer to drop negative comments instead of getting it done for you. Thank you

These beautiful people arrived on time on 7th Sep 2024, made sure the house was left in an impeccable condition, and left on an agreed tineframe. They were soft spoken, considerate and professionals. They even helped me beyond their job to make sure property was left exactly in the same condition. Very reasonably priced and perfect for end of tenancy cleaning. Company: They harass for payment and lie to get it (0/5)

TLDR: The company agreed to send an invoice after payment. When payment was made, they refused to supply an invoice. THEY ARE LIARS!

I used this company for an End of Tenancy clean. My new tenants said they did a great job so I can't fault the cleaners.
I do however have an issue with the company.

After the job was completed (2pm) they immediately sent me 2 separate requests for payment (within 15 mins of each other) and tried to call me. I contacted my tenants to confirm the job was done to an acceptable standard. I didn't get a reply so called after work (5:15pm) and they verified the clean was good. I then said I would send the payment that evening, whilst also requesting an invoice for the job. Within 10 minutes I was hounded for the payment stating they need to pay their staff. A good company should have enough funds to pay their staff whilst waiting for payment. I was told if I made the payment they would send the invoice. I made the payment and received no invoice. On further request I was told they only deal in cash and don't provide invoices (very suspicious). More...

However, I was disappointed by your behaviour after the completion of the End of Tenancy cleaning. Before the job, our communication was smooth, with instant replies to all messages. We understand that you lived in London, and the new tenant required the house to be cleaned before moving in. The team arrived on time, completed the cleaning, and the new tenant was happy and satisfied. They even requested our services for weekly cleaning of the apartment. However, after the job, when I tried to contact you, you declined my calls and messages. I had to involve the tenant after 3 hours to get a response from you, and even then, you promised to send the payment later in the evening. After persistent follow-ups, you eventually credited my account an hour later. I believe your actions were not in line with decency and standing by your word. You are fake and not trustworthy. Thank you.
