We are reliable, honesty ,caring , competent, compassionate and our communication lines open 24/7. Our staff members are well trained and equipped for work to ensure we deliver the best care services in line with Health and Social Care Standards.

Our services can be provided online or remotely. We are always there to help even during out of hours.

We have made a variety of changes in infection prevention control to protect our service users and staff.
We make sure that there is adequate PPE to use during care delivery, that is , gloves, masks, aprons in line with Infection control policies and guidelines.

Services

Our domiciliary care services help service users to maintain a quality of life and independence in the comfort of their home. The range of services we offer includes:

. Social Inclusion
- Providing companionship inside the home or out in the community.
- Helping our service users to access activities and social events in their neighbourhood.
- Support with appointments – including hospital, GP, hair appointments.
- Social outings including holidays and other leisure activities.

. Personal Care
- Help with getting up.
- Help with going to bed.
- Assistance with incontinence.
- Assistance with medication.
- Meal preparation, ( preparing hot /cold drinks and helping you to meet any dietary, religious or cultural requirements. )

. Sitting Calls
For those care givers:
- Needing a break from palliative care during the night hours.
- Taking a well-deserved break to catch up on some much needed sleep.
- Needing a short respite service for their loved ones.
- Needing to have some quality time.
- Needing reassurance that the cared for are provided with good quality care and individual support and company in their short absence.





We help primary caregivers and families get some relief in order to re-energise by providing temporary care services to their loved ones being looked after. This allows carers/family some time to catch up with friends and engage in other activities of their interest.

- Prevent burnouts and provide the opportunity for a break to family members or carers.
- Offer a person centred care, placing our service users at the centre of our services.

Our Supported Living services help people to live independently and manage their own tenancies, with support designed around their needs and goals. We aim to promote choice and personalise our services to the needs of our service users. We support adults with mental health needs, dementia and those recovering from hospital discharge.

The services we offer include support with:
- Cooking, cleaning and running errands
- Promoting a healthy lifestyle
- Personal care, such as getting washed and dressed and toileting
- Support with medication.
- Social inclusion
- Light housekeeping
- Promoting relationships with family and friends.

We provide high quality care and support to adults who have been assessed as having needs that are eligible for social care funding, including those arising from varying degrees of physical frailty, learning disability, mental ill health and cognitive impairment, including dementia, or a combination of this.

Our care staff are on hand with a flexibility of care available 24 hours a day which can be increased or decreased in response to individual needs.

Shared Lives is a care and support service for adults who want to live independently in their community. Our service involves matching you with an approved Shared Lives Carer and sharing your home and family life.

Support you may receive includes:
- Supporting you with hobbies and activities, a job or volunteering.
- Helping you to get appointments and manage your medication.
- Helping you to find out what's available in your local community.

We provide care to take care of your loved one overnight so that they do not feel left alone. Also offering the family a rest if they do work during the day.

Live in care involves having a dedicated carer living with you, providing 24/7 assistance whenever needed. The carer will reside with you in your own home giving you a more sense of security and comfort. Carer can provide help with the activities of daily living, including meal preparation, medication management and personal care
