Notis team done a great job with my boyfriend’s move.
They were at the house on time,the van was the size was needed for all the contains. They were asked to be careful with carpet in new place and they used the plastic sheets are made for this purpose.
Notis staff worked hard and within the time that was calculated for the amount of contains that were to be removed.
Everything was handled with care and it was as smooth as it could be.

Great job. Really happy with theses guys. I had a few challenging items to move plus to dismantle / reassemble. Everything was done safely. I was expecting it to be a little shorter in duration but once they explained me the situation and the reasons why they should take some more time , it all made sense and to be honest ?!
I preferred to pay for 30 more minutes to ensure the safety of my items rather than rushing with tricky and bulky items on stairs.

Awful. Absolutely awful. We had moved house 5 times in 13 years and it always took 3-4 hours with 2 helpers and only a single plastic box was damaged during those. That’s why we went for an hourly rate and 3 helpers (recommended by Notis). We thought it would be quicker and easy. The distance between houses is 7.2 miles.

This move took 8(!) hours, mostly because at least one of them was just standing around or playing with their phone. We were also overcharged for 4 of those hours. Notis said that was due to a miscommunication with his staff and would refund us.

There was 1 wardrobe to dismantle. He knew, had pictures, and at no point did Notis say it's not possible, difficult or complicated before he took the job. Now we have a wardrobe with only the doors and one shelf not damaged. The back of it is all cracked, not attached properly as tacks are missing, the back panel taped up with parcel tape, one shelf unusable as they broke the support holes and lost a pin (did not bother unscrewing before transit). Even a charity shop would not take it as it is not saleable any more. Notis said we did not report it in 1 day after the move as per their T&C so they are not liable. Doesn't change the fact they damaged it.

A solid metal music rack (could support 67.5kg) was warped during the move. Now unusable as we can’t put equipment back in it. Difficult to replace as it’s not sold in the UK any more. Our guess - one of them stood on it. Again, Notis said we did not report it in 1 day after the move so they are not liable.

There are also scratched walls in one property (as they tried to take the wardrobe downstairs in one piece) and scratched door and door frame in the other that require painting (as they tried to force the desks in because they had obstructed the path they needed to move them safely).

Notis refunded us for 4 hours overcharge and an extra £45, although they have caused £600-£700 worth of damage, which the "helpers" definitely knew about but chose not to tell us. He's promised another £40 refund but 3 weeks later nothing has happened on that front. They hide behind their T&C. Has to be reported 1 day after the move and we reported 1 day + 9 hours, once we had determined the full extent of damage at both the start and end properties.

We could not possibly have reported it earlier as the 'helpers' had dumped our things around in a way that prevented us from accessing them. Dumping boxes downstairs despite having "upstairs" written on them, bags carried in first, then boxes, then the furniture. Shouldn’t it be the other way around? Furniture, then you can put something under or on top of it, then boxes, then bags on top of them? I had to continually make space for them to put boxes down and tell them 3 times not to put anything against one wall as 2 big desks will be put there, and move stuff out of their way myself. Notis said they were saving our 'charging time'.

Vantasy Fast Removals Ltd claim they've been in business for 5 years but the company was incorporated on 04 JAN 2023!

So if anybody wants to take a chance and hire Vantasy Fast Removals Ltd be very careful. Read T&C as according to them they are liable for very little. Any issues - report no later than 1 day after the move. If that's possible. More...

VANtasy had immpecable customer service from their first contact with a quote. They are clear, responsive and helpful every step of the way. I had multiple confirmations to ensure date and timings were correct and amicable.

On the day the VANtasy team did a tremendous job, moving heavy and delicate items with equal care and speed. I was very impressed with the team and their efficency and hard work.

Brilliant, courteous, professional service from Notis. He stepped in when a driver was unavailable. I arrived about 10 minutes before the appointed start time but Notis was already there and was dealing very professionally with the rest of our team; he just got on with things quickly and efficiently. From the 24 hours communication - excellent verbal and written skills, him and his team delivered on all promises including dropping the boxes to my home before the move, to having the 2 vans and 3 men as promised, arriving on time and moving promptly - it was a pleasure to have Notis and his team helping me with the move.

Nortis and his team were great! I was worried and hesitant initially when using a new removal company, but with Nortis keeping me up to date every few days / assisting with short notice deadlines for our completion date being up in the air, I was reassured. The day went smoothly, they were so careful with all of my belongings, and put things where needed / asked without hesitation. I have moved many times in the past, and Vantasy are definitely one of the best I've used. V. reasonable on price, and nothing was a too much ask!
