What inspired you to start your own business?
Becoming a HR consultant allowed me to use my expertise in employee relations to help companies improve their HR policies and functions, create a positive work culture, and resolve conflicts. It's a fulfilling way to help both organizations and individuals thrive.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have implemented several measures to keep my customers safe from Covid-19. Firstly, I have increased the frequency and intensity of cleaning procedures, particularly in high-touch areas. I also provide hand sanitisers and masks to all my customers and staff. In addition, I have limited the number of customers allowed inside my premises at any time to ensure social distancing. I have also introduced contactless payment options to minimise physical contact. Finally, I have trained my staff on COVID-19 safety protocols and guidelines to ensure they can handle any situation.
