Rob is just great - very friendly and likeable chap! He was punctual and professional with an exceptionally quick turnaround time for delivery of the finished product. He stuck to the brief completely; liaised well with the other (still) photographers and I had compliments from all my guests whom he interacted with that he was super friendly.

I had the pleasure of working with Rob at the New Forest National Park Authority where he helped us try a different approach to marketing the New Forest Tour to new audiences. A long time friend and former colleague brought Rob to my attention as a reliable and high quality videographer. I subsequently got in touch with him via e-mail and he was responsive from the off. We established a brief for the proposed work following a skype discussion, and arranged formal contract matters promptly. Rob then shot video at the event; which involved a variety of different people from scientific researchers to members of the general public. He was comfortable around, and personable with everyone. Subsequently to the event, Rob produced a video draft to deadline and worked with us to make alterations to it to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. Vagabond Video produced 10 videos for me/the Community Council for Somerset; 9 interviews and 'voice through media' stories and 1 video encompassing 3 community events with a common narrative. The videos were excellent with outstanding quality, especially for the budget given. The service was great from start to finish and I'm sure there was a lot of additional work put in to make sure the videos were such good quality. Rob (the main Vagabond Video guy) was super friendly and approachable, making the interviewees very at ease.
