Paul and Lee worked extremely hard to remove 2 existing fences (70 & 50ft long) and replace them with feather-boarded fence panels, concrete posts and gravel-boards. A very sturdy gate was also included in one of the fences. This job was performed in a polite and professional manner, despite having to re-site some fence-post positions a number of times, in order to miss sizeable tree-roots beneath the ground surface. How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
Everything can be converted. The issue is how much will it cost and how many legal hoops do you need to jump through.
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
Planning permission, building control, estimate of the build cost. Rip out phase if applicable, plumbing and electrical 1st fix. Construction, roofing, glazing, plasterboard, 2nd fix services, painting and decorating, flooring and skirting boards.
What do you love most about your job?
Job satisfaction. Seeing the finished product and a happy customer.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I knew I could do it cheaper and to a higher standard than the people i worked for.

Although not ideal, I can hold video calls to see the area of the build project and to discuss the plans with customers to gain enough information to provide a quotation.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
During pandemic periods we will only work on properties with outside access and will be totally self sufficient. There will be no need for our customers to come within 2 metres of us at any time.
