Property (Block) Management
Our specialist Block Managers look after a portfolio of over 610 residential and commercial blocks across London and its surrounds.
Your block will receive a designated property manager with assistants and a team leader who will be responsible for the effective management of your block.
We have in-house capability in Finance, Cleaning, Maintenance, Credit Control, Surveying, Major Works, Legal Administration, Health & Safety, and HR.
These specialist teams support our property managers in the background but are all available to you to deal with directly if you want to get into the detail of how we are tackling a given issue and we can arrange regular reporting on any specific area that you are interested in being involved in.
