What do you love most about your job?
The role of care giving can be very challenging. However, it is the most rewarding role anyone will undertake. We enjoy the fulfilment of caring for a person in need and ensuring their needs are met.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Our company was founded in 2012. We were inspired to start the business after having difficulty identifying an appropriate care provider for our young disabled son Ellis. Ellis’s recovery and development from life threatening congenial health issues was furthered by the skill and commitment of a one-to-one Personal Assistant. This experience inspired us to create a care service to help individuals and families in need. The aim was simple, to offer a quality care service and help take the stress away from those receiving and providing care.
