Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We can bring our equipment and supplies should the client request to do so except for a hoover for hygiene and infection control. A thorough risk assessment and checklist will be conducted before taking on a job. The client is also free to advise us on supplies they wish to use in their own homes. We are flexible to adhere to our client needs.

I love seeing the satisfaction on my client's faces when they walk into their house! The stress that they had before the premises were cleaned is lifted when they see the splendid job we have done. The flexibility of hours of working also allows our clients to have access to our services anytime.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Risk assessment is done by visiting the premises as required by wearing appropriate PPE.
Staff have regular COVID tests should they develop any symptoms and will refrain from work as per policy.
Video assessments are offered if we cannot physically be available to assess.
