We are a small but very well established property management and lettings agency. We specialise in HMO and block management in York and Scarborough. We have all the relevant industry accreditations and excellent testimonials from other landlords, but the most important aspect of why we're good at what we do is that we care about the properties and tenants we manage: a quality that unfortunately doesn't come as standard amongst any other HMO management company we've come across.

1 and half year ago, I rented my first apartment in the UK with TWH homes and I can’t tell you it was one of the best decisions I made, been far from home you will want atleast make your rented apartment feel close to home or somewhat, and it did, the serenity and neatness of their homes, oh Tom, the best. He listens to you, doesn’t let us, me make complains more than once and it’s sorted out, never intrudes, soo professional and a very kind man. Tom Holliday took over the let of one of the homes I was living at back in late 2023. Not long after he took over I ran into some personal difficulties and the way he handled it was absolutely incredible. He’s always gone above and beyond since the day I met him, nothing is ever too much trouble. He helped me to move my things to the new property as I don’t drive, he’s helped me through a lot. I’ve never had this from a landlord before or from a person I didn’t really know before. I dread to think how much stress and difficulty I would’ve had if it wasn’t for Tom’s kindness. I have just left a shared house managed by Tom to move into my own home. If it wasn't for Tom taking over the property I would have moved out a couple years earlier. Great landlord and very understanding as a person. Was always on point with replies and issues regarding the building or other Tennants. I have been a tenant of Toms for a few years now! He has always been a kind hearted and understanding landlord. Not only does he meet the needs of your home he also goes out of his way to make sure you are okay too. .. many times I have asked for his advice or help and he has answered me asap and with as much information as possible! We manage blocks of apartments in Scarborough and York. This includes tenant-find when you have a tenant leave.
