Matt and Dan at Twelve Yards Out were fans of our brand from the start – they immediately got us, and what we are all about. All too often, in my experience, designers can get side-tracked with their own creativity and lose sight of whether the design really reflects the values of the brand they are working on. With over 30 years of combined experience, we work as a tight-knit creative duo, where every project gets both of us, start to finish. No hand-offs, no middlemen. We dig into the research together, asking the right questions and really listening to what makes each client unique. From there, we bounce ideas back and forth, shaping the brand through honest conversation, sketches, and shared thinking. You’re part of that process too, every step is collaborative, transparent, and hands-on. By the time we deliver, the project feels like yours because you helped build it with us.

To get a project underway, we’ll need a few key details from you: your full contact information (including name, email, phone number, and billing address), along with a clear point of contact for the project. We’ll also confirm the scope, timeline, and budget together. Once that’s agreed, we require an initial deposit. This secures your spot in our schedule and allows us to begin work. Everything’s transparent and upfront, so we’re all on the same page before we dive in.

What we love most about our job is the chance to help people see their business in a new light. There’s something incredibly rewarding about taking scattered ideas, half-formed visions, or long-held dreams and turning them into a clear, confident brand and marketing material. We love the problem-solving, the collaborative backwards and forwards, and those moments when everything clicks, for us and for the client. Every project is different, and that keeps things fresh. But at the core, it’s always about connection, collaboration, and making something meaningful together.

We work remotely, which means we can collaborate with clients anywhere in the world. Whether you're down the road or across the globe, our process stays personal and hands-on. Video calls, shared boards, and regular check-ins keep everything connected and transparent. Being remote gives us the flexibility to work around time zones, move projects forward efficiently, and partner with businesses of all sizes, wherever they are.
