I found TSJ Drawings with an internet search. An appointment was made the very next day for a survey. Slade was a charming man who explained everything to me regarding our planning application. My wife and I highly recommend TSJ Drawings. We contacted TSJ Drawings when we decided we wanted to extend our property to include a first floor bedroom and convert our garage. We also desperately needed to rectify a very poor existing extension by a previous incompetent builder. My wife and I had previously tried to do all the planning permission research ourselves but there is very little on the council planning portal explaining the actual process of doing an extension. We wanted to find a company which would help us throughout the whole process from start to finish and TSJ Drawings has done just that. Our first appointment with Slade at TSJ Drawings was very informative and he patiently explained everything in great detail which was exactly what we needed. He also surveyed our property and explained what the process would be moving forward. Slade gave us great confidence that we could get the extension we wanted and fix our existing extension. Our build is now almost finished, and Slade has guided us throughout the whole process and has always answered the phone to answer any questions. We've had a great experience with TSJ after our existing architect let us down on several points.
Slade has been very thorough and asked lots of questions, explaining the impact of each decision on the project going forward and guiding us where needed.
The pricing was clearly laid out from the start and we have not had any nasty surprises. I really wanted to write this review as our experience has been so different from the one above!
