I used True Care Trades for the first time this week, looking for a plumber to replace a radiator after replastering work. I was impressed with the response time to my initial request and communication was excellent all the way. This was refreshing after being let down a few times by other plumbers. The work was done within 2 days and the plumber Neil was on time, courteous and did a good job. I discovered a problem later in the day that had arisen and Dmitrijs was quickly responsive, made contact with the necessary trades and then came over personally to help fix the problem. I very rarely do reviews but in this case i just had to. Service was very quick and efficient. My cooker was installed and connected within 3 and a half hours of me giving True Care Trades the confirmation that I wanted the work to go ahead. The engineer ...sorry, I have forgotten his name...was very knowledgeable and explained everything as he proceeded with the work and after final testing, cleaned up after himself. It also cheaper than quoted as it turned out some of the quoted work was not required.
