How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Will pop over myself or my surveyor to see if Size of roof structure and permission is available in your area. Will need to get all permits and drawings made to be submitted to either council or building control for any structural alterations to be made and agreed

Planning ( drawings and permission)
Steels (order specified steels and graded timber to scale of drawing provided)
Structure (build structure to drawing provided)
Insulation (insulated to specific grade of material used)
Second fix ( finish all all fixtures and fittings in quite provided)
Roofing ( complete and finish off all roof work to complete job)

What do you love most about your job?
Building any structural timber works or anything that I would have to construct. Enjoy seeing the finish to every job and keeping clients happy to the best of my ability. Been in the game for over 20 years.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I had worked for a construction company for 18 years starting from the bottom and managed to get myself to the top doing all the first fixing frame work.
Mainly building loft conversions and most projects ready for plastering in ten days. I then had an accident three years ago where I had a broken leg.
From which I had received no help from company I worked for 18 years.
Then I realised I was better off starting my own company which I have and has been going really well for over two years now. I have jobs which I’ve completed and clients are more than happy for me to show other clients if you would ever want to see work before going ahead.
