Q&As

I love the fact that we are able to make positive impact in peoples' lives. When we support people and see positive improvements in their lives, and see the smiles on their faces, we feel proud that we have made their day better, we have been able to touch their lives in a meaningful way. This is priceless to us... I love working with people, whatever their situation or needs, because it gives us the opportunity to discuss with them, how best to support them, and create positive relationship.

I used to work for a care company, where I started as a care worker and worked my way up to a registered manager position. During my time at the company, I observed some gaps in the way individuals were supported, and I was challenged by this, because I saw that people can be supported in more respectful, positive, and impactful way. This became my pursuit, to see that people are supported in ways that promote their independence, respect their choices, uphold their dignity and rights, and ensure their health, safety and wellbeing. At Trinity Independent Care, we continually challenge the status quo, and push boundaries for better outcomes for people.

People should choose Trinity Independent Care because we work with people, their family and friends to know what matters to them, what outcomes they expect, and we then work together to co-produce their support plans. And we are committed to seeing that people are supported in ways that promote their independence, respect their choices, uphold their dignity and rights, and ensure their health, safety and wellbeing.
In addition, our staff are well trained, competent, DBS checked, and friendly, and they will work with you to meet your needs and achieve your outcomes.

No, because we support individuals in their own homes, our services are provided in-person and on site.

We take infection prevention and control seriously, all our staff undergo a mandatory training in Infection Prevention and Control, including use of PPE, and reporting concerns. We believe that through the effective use of PPE and preventive measures such as hand washing and use of hand sanitisers, we will prevent and control infection, and thus, keep individuals safe from infection including Covid-19.
