Treestar cleaning limited had recently finished cleaning an office, in Newbury. The carpet was very clean and the room smell was fresh. Extra places such as the bathroom and outside were cleaned too. The ladies were smartly dressed and organised. I believe they were happy to do the cleaning. More importantly, the friendly team leader offered me a cup of tea. After removing their cleaning gloves, she brought this tea around to me. Then offered others in the office and at the reception desk. This is was very kind and caring. We bring our chemicals when required, however, when the customer specifically inform us that that they have their own chemicals there will be no need.

The satisfaction that we feel at the end of the day. Leaving a client’s house or offices clean, knowing that they will be walking into a clean and organised space.

The passion for cleaning and leaving one's premises clean, the financial independence that comes with the business. Furthermore, the opportunity identified and how large the market is has driven us to start this business.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
After Covid-19, we as a company have come out with risk assessment of premises, before bookings. We sanitise our equipment and dispose appropriately according to Health and safety regulations.
Additionally, we prioritize sanitision of premises with covid-19 sanitisers when informed about any covid infections. As cleaners we have an essential duty to protect our customers.
