How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
The best programme is the one you stick to; I break goals down into smaller - manageable pieces, to help people stay on track, and remain driven.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Lift weights, run, walk, swim or bike, eat more protein and fibre, hydrate, sleep, drink less alcohol, get outdoors, rest. Do this as consistently as possible.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing my clients - they are the best part of my week.
What inspired you to start your own business?
There were two drivers. 1) I was previously traveling to/from London and was away from my family for 2-3 days per week, this was too much. 2) I coached soccer for many years and always had a desire to coach for a living. I treat others much more fairly than I treat myself.
Why should our clients choose you?
I made a successful comeback from an ilness which threatend to end my sporting and social life. Now I am helping others reach their potential regardless of their limiting factors!

I built a studio for filming content and offering an online service. From here I am uninterrupted. I offer functional fitness, weightlifting, and circuit training from the studio.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I always carry alcohol hand gel, and thoroughly wipe down equipment after every session.
Hybrid circuit training / functional body building
My clients always have at least one eye on real life, whether that is racing their kids up the stairs, bringing boxes down from the attic, or that skiing holiday in the new year. I help them make these moments all the more enjoyable by getting them fit and strong focusing on exercises with carryover to real life. My new workouts combine the least technical aspects of weightlifting, athletics and gymnastics, making them easy to pick up. These sessions will help to build 💪 , 🔥 fat and 😀 more!
