Repair was accomplished in quick time for which I am grateful. In the process, my ridge tiles were removed to check the state of the roof underneath.
They did not replace them correctly, leaving gaps between the tiles and not re-securing them. They were all loose. A strong wind dislodged a couple, exposing the roof to huge leaks from rain.
No responses to multiple requests to come and put it right.

I had found this company and while the work was being done they where fantastic punctuality was a bit bad sometimes days apart. Still left with rubble to get rid of weeks and weeks later. Also we had someone from their team board out the attic and the old battons and rubble was put underneath causing our ceiling to bow and crack, we have contacted them a few times since but just let told someone will come and sort it.......still waiting! I didn't want to put a bad review as they where nice lads, but I guess now they have the money they're not bothered. Cheers lads. More...
