While our actual removal and transportation services are carried out in person, we do offer a range of online and remote support to make the process easier for you. You can request a quote, schedule a job, or send us photos or videos of the items to be moved — all online. We’re also happy to carry out virtual consultations via video call to assess access points, plan logistics, and answer any questions before the job.

Customer safety is a top priority. To protect our clients during Covid-19, we’ve implemented strict hygiene and safety measures. These include regular sanitising of vehicles and equipment, wearing masks and gloves when requested, maintaining social distancing during pickups and deliveries, and offering contactless quotes and payments. We also monitor the health of our team to ensure no one works if feeling unwell.
