We have worked with Top Mops for several years where they developed a bespoke cleaning service for us - the brief they executed is to make sure EVERY inch of JR Zone is cleaned on a rota, this is a mix of daily cleaning to carpet cleaning to cleaning our large play frame . ... and even disaster recovery when we had a flood .... plus much more. Top Mops look after most of the Toilets on the Isle of Wight, what annoys methe Council pays them a lot of money, what for? , Toilets never have any soap in the dispensers.It is the school 6 weeks holidays what a disgrace and a poor example this if for Tourism and Holiday Makers.I personally do not rate TOP MOPS.If using a toilet on the Isle of Wight take your own soap with you to wash your hands.POOR SERVICE.The Owner of TOP MOPS should visit the toilets his staff look after and see for himself.Do the Council not check what is happening????? How long have you been in business?
We were established in 1998 and the business has become one of the leading independent contract cleaners in Hampshire. We currently have over 120 cleaning contracts which are fulfilled by 180 members of staff.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We provide our own cleaning supplies to complete any job necessary, however, if you have preferred items, we are more than happy to use those too!
We provide washroom services with supply and maintenance of sanitary bins, soap dispensers and other washroom facilities.
We offer a waste and recycling collection service to help our clients not only clan their buildings but remove all unnecessary waste and recycling.
Our facilities management team can help with all manner of building support such as Landscaping, Electrical services, plumbing and gas.

We are a close team who are always willing to work together to provide support to each other and our clients. We fully understand the need for a work/life balance and aim to ensure our staff are happy, healthy, and kept well informed of any changes.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We invest time to understand the needs of our customers and pressures they face, including budgets. Building rapport that enables us to work more closely with them to develop cleaning programmes that more closely meet their specific needs, reduce waste, drive efficiency and are more innovative than others. This is something that we feel was missing throughout the south coast.
As a result, we offer a high level of service and care that consistently works for our clients. Including the audits and reviews that maintain the high standards all our customers have come to expect from Top Mops as their contract cleaning provider of choice.
