How long have you been in business?
I have been trading as a carpet cleaner and specialist cleaner for 10 ten years, but I have worked within the cleaning industry for more than 23 years.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes, as a professional service provider myself and my team only use our own products and equipment with which we are very familiar.
What do you love most about your job?
Although cleaning is generally not a highly regarded profession, myself and my team get huge amount of satisfaction making dirty things clean.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Like many small business people I was initially attracted by the idea of independence and the ability to reap all of the rewards of your efforts.
Why should our clients choose you?
First and foremost I believe in honesty and integrity towards both our customers and our staff. We are very, very good at the services we provide, but I never claim we are perfect. We are all human beings, so sometimes details might be missed or perhaps someone just had a bad day. However, we will always address any shortcomings in our service and endeavour to put them right promptly. We don't ignore our customers and we always value their feedback, good or bad.

For cleaning work remote working obviously isn't possible.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Like all businesses we've had to adapt to the new normal over that past year. We have dramatically increased the amount of sanitiser we use in our cleaning operations and use more effective products from our suppliers. We have a policy of minimal direct contact with any of our clients and most of the buildings we clean are empty.
