“A NATURAL TALENT” I Had the pleasure of working with Tom for the first time at the beautiful Marleybrooke house for Alice & Luigi’s big day. We hit it off straight away as we had common ground , both fathers and weirdly a vegan lifestyle (rare breeds lol) He did mention it was his first time shooting a singing waiter. As far as photographers go, Tom is is a 10/10. On our wedding day we were so nervous about having photos because we are two extremely awkward and photogenic people 😂 but he made us feel so comfortable to the point we forgot he had a camera! The photos speak for themselves, he captured our happiness and all of our guests so perfectly. The photos are everything we imagined and more, we’ll cherish them forever. I first met Tom in 2018 after I spotted his work on Instagram. I asked him to take some family photos for a birthday present for my husband and I was thrilled with how the photos turned out. The whole experience was great, we loved the mix of candid and posed pictures. Tom was our photographer for our wedding in mid 2022. We originally chose him because of the style of his photography and the bright colours he uses. We had a lot of colour in our wedding so we wanted to make sure our photographs would show it! Tom was great throughout the lead-up to the wedding and during, even visiting our site ahead of time on a convenient day, and discussing with us what we would like for the photographs. Tom was so helpful and friendly, and really put us at ease before the day and during the photos. Tom blended very well with the guests also, taking some other posed shots of some guests, and making sure everyone was smiling and that the photos showed them in their best light. On the day we had some posed photos but the majority were candid, both turned out very well. I know Tom did an extensive editing process for some of the posed group photos to make sure everyone present had their eyes open! The candid photos really capture the feeling of the day for us, and give us good memories every time we look back on them. We also had couples photos in between the ceremony and the meal, exploring a couple of locations at the venue and getting some really fun and unique photos. We recently printed three of these in a large format and put them on our wall and they look incredible! Lastly, Tom also arranged and had printed some photo books for us, we gave some to our parents and kept one book, and it’s lovely to have a physical version of the highlights to show people. I have worked with Tom on a professional basis to capture branded photos for my bridal shop Vicki's Bridal Boutique on two separate occasions. Tom came highly recommended by our wedding venue, Childerley Hall in Cambridgeshire. Tom is such a wonderful photographer and you can really see his passion for it. He’s so friendly and welcoming making shoots feel so easy. We did a family shoot with Tom and my toddler really enjoyed the whole thing (and everyone knows how hard it is to take a decent photo of a forever wiggling toddler who don’t look in any direction you want them to) and the photos of her are perfect. He also took the most wonderful photos of my dog who is black so usually he looks like a black blur but Tom captured all of his cute little fluffy features. I discovered Tom via his Instagram as he is a recommended supplier by our wedding venue which was The Old Kent Barn. My husband and I looked at Tom’s instagram, Facebook and website and loved his style and all of the beautiful photos on there. We had an initial consultation with Tom via zoom and my husband & I knew that we had to book him to photograph our wedding. We love Tom and knew we would get along really well, we booked Tom in 2022 for our 2024 wedding and he kept in touch regularly via email and Instagram message which was really lovely of him. He even sent us some delicious doughnuts in the post! Tom is one of the best photographers out there, he has taken such stunning photos of our special day and we have had so many compliments about how beautiful the photos are. My sister got married last month and I had to jump on here and just give a huge shout out to Tom and his wife for their outstanding photography skills and for how absolutely lovely they were to have at the wedding. I have two children myself and along with my nieces and nephews there were 6 young children in total all ranging from 8-4 Years. Not only did all the kids keep coming to me telling me how tom is their new friend because he’s funny and they love him, but when I watched how he worked he so easily got them to do what he wanted for some of the photos and had such a lovely way with them.
