How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
If someone’s garage has double skinned walls with a 50-75mm cavity. It will more than likely be suitable for a conversion.
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
During a garage conversion, generally we would brick up the front to fit s window.
For the sub floor we would membrane the entire floor and up the walls. We would then PIR board the entire floor using 100mm celotex.
We will then fit a chip board floor.
We would then build partitions and insulate prior to electrical first fix.
Plasterboard and plaster and electric second fix.
How long have you been in business?
I have been in business 15 years, many of my clients are still with me from the early days.

Building extensions
We will help every step of the way from providing a architect, structural engineer to the building of your property extension.
Upvc windows, door’s & conservatory
We will give free estimates on all jobs.
In the Initial meeting we will discuss designs, how the job is carried out and measurements will be taken for company records.
Once a price has been agreed we will book a date to start the works.
There’s normally a lead time of 4 weeks to manufacture the products.
Garage conversion
A Complete overhaul of a garage thats barely used.
We have done many jobs like this in the past.
Some are to create a nice highly insulated room, some have a bedroom with en-suite.
Normally we would take garage door off, brick up and fit a window.
Floors are highly insulated with 100 PIR before fitting chipboard flooring.
