Replaced a Grohtherm thermostic shower mixer tap in my bathroom.
Spare parts needed to tweak a change in the pipework fitting, were obtained locally &/or from his own stock! I would not hesitate to use John again!

John is an honest man with impeccable attention for details. For us, he installed a new toilet, sink+vanity and a shower mixer and head. We were in a dilemma because during our bathroom remodelling, our builder/plasterer (who did his work before John came to do the plumbing) did not use a big-enough bathtub panel to have sufficient access to change the bath mixer. John took his time and instead of using the (useless) panel access, he created an access point through the landing wall and did the job impeccably. The access point John created was a relief for us because without it, we would've had to redo the entire bathtub (access panels and plastering on top). Thanks, John! More...
