As a mum myself, I have a special interest in maternal mental health, and understand the challenges and pressure that modern motherhood brings. I can help with antenatal and postnatal challenges. You may be anxious going into your birth or about the inevitable life change, or you may be struggling following the arrival of your baby. I can be here to discuss your inevitable shift in identity since becoming a mother or anything you may be struggling to process. You might be struggling to get back into work, or with the juggle of it. I can coach you on this.

I believe that the most important thing is the relationship between therapist and client. I am an Integrative Psychotherapist and Coach, which means that I am trained in various modalities and will tailor our sessions to your needs. I am also trained in Hypnotherapy and Hypno-birthing which may be useful in our session if you choose and if you feel comfortable. Ultimately, my main goal is to hold space for you to explore yourself and achieve your goals.
