The team at Shires Estate have been so helpful and professional throughout the time we have been residents in a block of flats they manage.
It's a really nice surprise when a management company is run by real human beings who care about the wellbeing of it's residents and keeping everything running smoothly.
Any problems or faults we report are dealt with professionally and repaired very quickly. The service charges are always fair and reasonable with lots of notice and you can see they try to keep costs realistic and use reliable tradesmen.
We also had an issue in our flat which required a claim on the building insurance and they helped with every step of the way to deal with this. When we were in this situation the support from them made a massive difference!

The Shires Estate Management are by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Their staff are rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. Their response time to resolve issues is extremely poor.
