What I love most about my job is the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives every day. What inspired you to start your own business?
What inspired me to start my own business was a deep passion for improving adult social care and a desire to make a tangible difference in the lives of those who need it most. I saw firsthand the gaps and challenges in the existing system and felt compelled to create a service that prioritises personalised, compassionate, and innovative care. The drive to build a team dedicated to these values and to set new standards of excellence in the industry fueled my ambition. Ultimately, the inspiration came from a commitment to fostering dignity, respect, and a better quality of life for every individual we support.
